Geoff Martin
President
Geoff began his career in building as a self-employed carpenter back in 1987. He soon became partner and president of Morse & Martin, Inc. and helped to build and grow that company, working there until 2007. Geoff then went out on his own and started Cedar Mill Group, Inc. creating a full service, design/build, residential building and remodeling company, specializing in exceptional levels of quality and service. Geoff's responsibilities include sales, marketing, business development and expansion. Geoff lives in Webster with his wife and best friend Susan. Geoff has four older children-Jennifer, Travis, Nicole, Micah and Chloe, and six grandchildren - Logan, Parker, Riley, Molly, Henry and Brendan.
Nick Colarusso
Director of Operations
Nick is a project manager that brings years of hands on field experience to the team. Nick started his career in the construction industry working on deep energy retrofit and LEED certified projects. Aside from his career accolades Nick decided to take a year of his life and devote it to volunteering for Habitat for Humanity. He has worked on many state and utility funded projects that have helped many lower income families. Nick graduated from Keene State College with a degree in Architecture. He strives to mold his field and design expertise together to create a customer experience that is truly unique. Nick lives in Concord with his wife Kelli. They enjoy the outdoors and try to spend any of their free time at the lake or on the ski slope.
David Meeken
Superintendant
David has been working with Cedar Mill Group owner Geoff Martin for over fifteen years. Hired as a lead carpenter, he has worked his way up to his current position as Production Manager. Prior to his tenure with Cedar Mill Group, David was a self-employed carpenter for fifteen years. With over 25 years of field experience, David brings an abundant level of understanding to the complete process, allowing projects to move smoothly and efficiently, all the way from design to completion. A lover of the outdoors, David enjoys all that living in New Hampshire has to offer from skiing and hiking to fishing and camping. David and his wife Kira moved to Loudon in 1983 and have enjoyed the rural lifestyle while raising their son Aaron.

Kristen DiCicco
Office Manager
Kristen joined our team back in 2002 and took on the daunting task of getting us organized. Kristen's previous experience includes having worked at AG Edwards as a Financial Assistant, and also for New England Administrators doing third party financial accounting for retirement plans. Now she keeps our office running like a finely tuned machine! Kristen lives in Webster with her husband Joe and their two sons, Nick and Alex.
Paul Bragg
Lead Carpenter
Paul has been with Cedar Mill Group, Inc. since 2002. He started as a carpenter and worked his way to being our head Lead Carpenter. Paul exhibits various skills within our industry and his craftsmanship can be found on any of our more intricate kitchen and finish trim projects. Paul lives in Loudon with Shelly and three boys Lucas, Jordan and Jared. They can found camping in various places throughout this great state.

Nick Domenici
Carpenter
Nick Domenici is our new project manager who has been with Cedar Mill Group for five years. He has embraced his new role with core values of good communication, honesty, and integrity. Nick brings excellent experience from being a carpenter in the field and applying that knowledge as a project manager in order to get the job done the right way for every client. Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife Katie and two amazing children exploring in the woods, being active outdoors, and being involved in local sports.
